Martin I. Ruiz de Gamboa is the founder and President of AC&I, Inc. Mr. Ruiz de Gamboa retired from the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), after 24 years of service as a Special Agent. During his FBI career, Mr. Ruiz de Gamboa led a variety of investigations including financial crimes, public corruption (both public officials and law enforcement), as well as violent crimes and murder investigations in the United States and abroad. In addition, for several years he was also the Coordinator for the FBI’s Civil Rights program in South Florida. Mr. Ruiz de Gamboa’s investigations were in many occasions documented in the media, sometimes in world renown publications such as TIME magazine (02/15/1999, Tourists Who Prey on Kids, U.S. vs Marvin Hersh), and VANITY FAIR (November 2004, A Case of Kidnapping).


Since founding AC&I, Inc., during April 2011, Mr. Ruiz de Gamboa has worked to create a network of former FBI Agents, FBI National Academy Graduates, and other former law enforcement agents to conduct investigations in the United States and abroad. With a vast pool of expert investigators to call upon around the globe, AC&I can quickly and effectively assist attorneys and businesses with their consulting and investigative needs.
